Finals

Following the afternoon concert, awards and trophies for the top three in instrumental combo and vocal soloist, as well as third place in each division, will be presented. 

The top two of each band and choir division will compete in evening finals. Finals competition will begin at 7pm. Bands will perform two musical selections at finals. One new piece not performed during preliminary competition must be performed for finals. Failure to perform a new selection in the finals will result in a second place finish. Trophies for all high school groups will be presented after all high school ensembles and choirs have performed. 

One Outstanding Instrumental Soloist trophy and one Outstanding Vocal Soloist trophy will be awarded.
